WHAT IS SECURITYKART’s CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY?
It is our primary goal to give you your money’s worth to the last rupee on every item or service you buy from Securitykart. We want you to be a very satisfied customer, proud of having made the decision to buy from us.
We want to provide you an absolutely hassle-free shopping experience. We assure you that all the products we sell are brand new and have gone thru a trusted quality checking process. In spite of our best efforts, in the odd instance when you get a defective or damaged or Not as Described product delivered, possible resolution could be replacement, exchange as the case may be.
If an item in a 'Damaged’ or 'Defective' or 'Not as Described' condition gets delivered, you may request a replacement. Call our Customer Care number +91-8879099910 and register your request.
All products are covered by a 10 Day Replacement Guarantee against above conditions.
Replacement is subject to availability of stock with us. If the product is out of stock, and fresh stocks not expected within a reasonable period of time, we will arrange the replacement once the stock is available.
WHAT IF THE YOU HAVE PAID TWICE FOR THE PRODUCT?
Write us a mail on [email protected] and the rest i assured. Usually we will refund the complete amount with no bank charges within 10 bank working days.
·In the rare event of you wanting to cancel an order, we advise you to register your request at the earliest.
·All online order cancellations should be initiated by sending a request email to [email protected] or by registering the request on our support system at the earliest: http://www.securitykart.co.in/support
·Refund against cancellation of online orders paid through Debit Card is expected to reflect within 12 bank working days in the bank account.
·Cancellation of orders against payment by Credit Cards by sharing Credit Card details over telephone will reflect in the Credit Card account within 14 bank working days.
·Cancellation of orders after dispatch of product is not possible, except under conditions mentioned under REPLACEMENTS and EXCHANGE.
·Cancellation of orders paid by Account Transfer will be refunded by cheque drawn in the name of the person ordered.
·On cancellation of orders, the entire amount paid by you including shipping charges will be returned.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED ON SECURITYKART?
Returns, for reasons explained elsewhere and for other genuine reasons, are made easy with the following steps:
- Please ensure that the product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels and original packing along with the product for returning.
- Contact us over phone no. +91-8879099910 and provide Order ID details.
- Raise a ticket on our support system with Order ID. We will get in touch for further details.
- Customer Care will confirm the return request.
- - Number of days within which return can be initiated varies from product to product. You must contact us within the defined period to initiate the return.
- Customer Care / concerned department will inform you about the Replacement process.
WHAT IF I AM ASKED TO SHIP THE ITEM?
Once you have requested for a replacement, please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Take specific care to include all price tags, labels, original packing along with the product.

Replacement will be initiated as soon as we receive the product from you and found in agreeable condition on inspection.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REPLACEMENT?
Once satisfied with the returned product’s condition, the replacement product will be shipped immediately, subject to availability. You should receive it within the normal course of transit time to your location.
If you don't get the return within the promised date, contact us immediately.
DO I HAVE TO RETURN ANY FREE GIFT, WHEN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
The free gift is usually forms a part of the original product and needs to be returned along with the original product. However, you can retain the gift if you are opting for exchange of original product with the same product.
WHAT ITEMS CAN BE EXCHANGED?
Exchangeable goods: All the products except for the products listed under accessories.
CAN I RETURN A PART OF MY ORDER?
Yes, if you had ordered multiple products, for all the reasons discussed in this page, you can initiate a return process.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE SHIPMENT?
Yes, Customers can cancel the order before shipment. We request the customer to cancel it from their account within 24hrs of order placement or call us on our direct number 8879099910 to cancel it.
HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE THE REFUND ON THE ABOVE CANCELLATION? WILL THERE BE ANY CHARGES?
We will refund your payment via original payment mode within 5 bank working days. Since the cancellation was from your end, the bank charges will be applicable and the rest assured refund.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT, I HAVE RETURNED IT BACK FOR REPLACEMENT. WHAT IS MY WAITING PERIOD?
Usually it should take 3 working days provided that the product is available in our inventory. In case of non availability, our customer care executive will get in touch with in 2 working days and the time frame is negotiated with the customer.
WHO WILL BEAR THE RETURN SHIPMENT?
In an event of customer cancelling the order when the product received is in good condition, Customer bears the cost of shipment.
I RECEIVED A DAMANGED PRODUCT, SHOULD I BEAR THE SHIPMENT COST?
No, Securitykart will bear the complete shipping charges.
WHAT IF I FACE DIFFICULTIES IN CANCELLATION OR RETURNING OF THE PRODUCT?

WHEN ARE RETURNS NOT POSSIBLE?
We cannot accept returning products under following conditions:
- Return request is made outside the specified time frame
- Product in damaged condition due to use OR Product is found in different condition than when you received it
- Products listed under accessories category
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
- Items that are returned without original packaging, freebies or accessories
I’VE STILL NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND IN MY BANK / CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT. WHY?
Once we acknowledge you through email or over phone our acceptance of your refund request, rest assured the process has started at our end.
However, it is not uncommon to find financial organizations taking a longer time to process the refund request. Still, if the refund hasn't happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will take up your case on priority to help you.
